When you use NullCode, we may collect the following personal data:
- Account Information: Email address and password when you register.
- Workspace Data: Files, pseudocode, and translated code you create and save to our cloud database.
2. Third-Party Data Processors
To provide our services, we use trusted third-party service providers (Data Processors) who maintain strict security standards:
- Supabase: We use Supabase to securely store your account credentials, files, and workspace data in the cloud.
- Stripe: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full credit card details on our servers.
3. Purpose of Data Collection
Your data is collected strictly for the following purposes:
- To create and manage your NullCode account.
- To securely store and sync your coding files and workspace state across devices.
- To process your AI compilation requests.
- To manage subscriptions and billings.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data and files for as long as your account remains active. If you choose to delete your account, all associated data (including your saved files and logic) will be permanently erased from our databases within 30 days.
5. Your User Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Request the deletion of your account and files.
- Data Portability: Export your data (you can do this via the Export function in the IDE).
